Content on this website is general information about our services. Prices shown are starting rates and may change; your quote or written agreement controls.
Inquiries are not agreements
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a service agreement, an appointment confirmation, or an attorney-client relationship. Recurring services begin only after a written service agreement is signed. Notary and process serving appointments are confirmed only when we accept them.
No legal advice
MBSS is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Legal support services are provided to licensed attorneys and law firms under their direction and supervision. Notaries who are not attorneys may not give legal advice or explain the legal effect of documents.
Notary and process serving
Notarial acts are performed only when legally permitted, and the notary may decline an act that cannot be lawfully performed. Agreed travel charges may remain payable if a signer is unprepared; no notarial fee is charged for an act not performed. Process serving assignments are accepted only after eligibility review, and successful service is not guaranteed.
